AI Scanner is designed as a local-first application. Your scanned documents, images, PDFs, and extracted text are stored on your device. We do not upload or store your personal documents on our servers.
Document edge detection, automatic cropping, image enhancement, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) are performed directly on your device whenever possible. Your documents are not sent to our servers for processing.
We may use trusted third-party services to collect anonymous analytics and crash reports to improve application performance. These reports never contain your scanned documents, images, or OCR text.
Your files remain under your control. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect application data and encourage users to secure their devices using passwords or biometric authentication.
AI Scanner is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You are responsible for the documents you scan, edit, store, and share. You must ensure you have the legal right to digitize and distribute any document processed using the application.
Some features require a premium subscription. Purchases and subscription management are securely handled through Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play's policies.
AI Scanner is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to deliver accurate document scanning and OCR results, we do not guarantee perfect performance under all conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horaizon Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use AI Scanner.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of AI Scanner after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
