All rights, title, and interest in and to Jigsaw World, including but not limited to its graphics, artwork, images, game engine, user interface, audio, source code, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Horaizon Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the App without permission.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Extract or reuse graphical, audio, or other proprietary assets.
- Sell, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App without prior written permission.
3. User Responsibilities and Game Data
Your game progress, level unlocks, achievements, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Horaizon Studio is not responsible for the loss of locally stored game progress resulting from device damage, device replacement, factory reset, application-data clearing, operating-system changes, or App uninstallation.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Jigsaw World is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Horaizon Studio does not warrant that:
- The App will always function without interruption or errors.
- All defects or errors will be corrected immediately.
- The App will be compatible with every Android device or operating-system version.
- The App will always be free from harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Horaizon Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
